The death of a 3-year-old boy who was found with bruises on his body in the Bronx this past weekend has been ruled a homicide.
Investigators Saturday morning were trying to determine how a 3-year-old boy died in a Bronx apartment overnight.
It happened around 11 a.m. Monday on Park Avenue near 159th Street in Melrose.
