Some residents of the Upper East Side said Wednesday that they were so unhappy with plans for a new cancer treatment center that they think a garage full of garbage trucks would be preferable.
“Several diagnostic tests have led to a diagnosis of lung cancer. A treatment plan will begin soon and I look forward to its successful completion,” she said in a statement on her official website.
