Family Of Man Fatally Shot By Police Sues City

The lawsuit was filed Monday in Manhattan federal court. It seeks unspecified damages for the September 2012 killing of 28-year-old Mohamed Bah, shot in his Morningside Heights home.

Lawyer: Grand Jury To Hear Case Of Deadly Police Shooting In Coming Months

The family said they want to know why officers entered the apartment even though Mohamed Bah was inside alone. They also said officers should have allowed Mohamed’s mother to talk to her son through the door.
