Hit-And-Run Victim’s Family Suing Mets, Local Bar Owner, Driver And ARAMARK

Loved ones of the Staten Island grandmother who was killed last month are charging that the suspected driver, Brian Mcgurk of Staten Island, had been drinking all day, first at the Mets’ home opener at Citi Field and then at his local bar.

Brian McGurk is charged with hitting and killing 57-year-old Clara Almazo while she was walking home from Mount Carmel Church with her 8-year-old grandson.
