Sandy Hook Charity Cuts Checks To Families Of Shooting Rampage Victims

My Sandy Hook Family Fund has cut checks of $40,000 to the victims’ families from donations brought in over the past month and a half.

Newtown Residents Band Together To Raise Funds For Families Affected By Violent Rampage

The fund began as a response to the loss of Jack Pinto, 6, a youth wrestler. Members of the Newtown Youth Wrestling Association began working on a plan to help Jack’s family, and realized that they could extend their reach to impact all of the families affected by the shooting, according to a press release.
