Two people were killed in a multivehicle crash on the New England Thruway in Rye on Monday afternoon, police said.
Police were searching Wednesday evening for a suspect who stole a semi-trailer truck with more than $1,000 worth of seafood in the Bronx.

The accident between a truck and a car occurred around 2:30 a.m. in Rye near a ramp where I-287 and I-95 meet.
