Manhattan Business Owners File Lawsuit Against NYPD Over Sting Operations

Owners of restaurants, bodegas, clubs and lounges in northern Manhattan are accusing the NYPD of unfairly targeting them in a series of police raids aimed at cracking down on underage liquor sales.
