Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Tuesday that New York City public schools will reopen on Wednesday, a day after a blizzard forecast left NYC with far less snow than predicted, and despite his son Dante’s efforts to convince him they should be closed.
New York City public schools will be closed Tuesday, and all nonemergency vehicles will be banned from the roads as of 11 p.m. Monday, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced.
