Former NYC Mayor Ed Koch Dead At 88

Spokesman George Arzt said Koch died at 2 a.m. at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia hospital of congestive heart failure. The funeral will be Monday at Temple Emanu-El in Manhattan.
