Bronx Woman Hit With $115 Ticket For Parking In Non-Existent Bike Lane Gets Refund

Cannon, a hardware store owner, had pleaded not guilty, but the plea was denied because she didn’t include documentation. She later appealed and included documentation, but was turned down again.
