Charges were pending Tuesday night for a suspect shot by police in the Bronx, after he allegedly used his car as a weapon.
Chief Harry Earle said the incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. inside the police station when a suspect being taken into custody for a domestic violence-related incident got into a confrontation with officers.
