The family of a bodega worker who was accidentally shot and killed by a New York City police officer during a robbery plans to sue the city for $25 million.
Leonel Cuevas was riding on a dirt bike that collided with a patrol car on Walton Avenue Oct. 27. The driver of the bike was killed.
As loved ones arrived in Washington Heights with flowers to remember Reynaldo Cuevas, some came with fury over how he died.
