Feds: Russian Arms Suspect Not Beyond Law’s Reach

U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara repeatedly responded to questions at a news conference about the relations between the countries by saying Viktor Bout was brought to the United States after prosecutors successfully sought an indictment and an extradition based on evidence collected during a long-running DEA probe.
