DA: Driver Accused In Deadly William Floyd Parkway Crash Tested Positive For Drugs

Toxicology results showed Smith had been smoking marijuana, District Attorney Thomas Spota said, but the crime lab did not find any controlled substances in his blood.

L.I. Man Arrested For Driving Under Influence Of Drugs In Crash That Kills Two Teens

A 20-year-old Ridge man was arrested Saturday for driving under the influence of drugs following a crash that killed two teens on William Floyd Parkway, Suffolk County Police said.
