Ridge Man Accused Of Driving Under Influence During Fatal Crash Set To Face Judge

Thomas Smith of Ridge is set to face a judge on Sunday following Saturday’s car crash that killed two teenage passengers. 20-year-old Smith is charged with driving under the influence of prescription drugs.
