Cleaning the streets turned hazardous for a sanitation crew in lower Manhattan Monday morning.
Investigators are looking into the collapse of a World Trade Center scaffold that left two window washers dangling 68 stories above the street.
Footage from the scene showed the scaffolding dangling along the side of the residential building.
