The suspect demanded oral sex from the victim before forcing her to a back alley and raping her, according to police.
Police said a woman was sexually assaulted while walking near West 30th Street and Neptune Avenue last Tuesday around 9:30 p.m.
Prosecutors say one alleged victim was a first grade student at William Mason School, no more than 7-years-old at the time.
The suspect allegedly ran up to the victim, grabbed her and sexually assaulted her before fleeing the 135th Street station. The victim later went to the hospital, where she was treated for her injuries.
Authorities said the suspect grabbed a 30-year-old woman from behind, pulled down her pants before throwing her to the ground, punching her in the face and sexually assaulting her.
The victims told police the suspects were armed and wearing ski masks when they entered the Brownsville apartment.
Investigators said the man approached the victim as she walked on Maspeth Avenue early Sunday morning.
