Bronx Congressman Proposes Law Mandating ‘Kill Switches’ In Smartphones

Bronx Rep. Jose Serrano is proposing a federal law that would “essentially mandate what we’re seeking the manufacturers to do voluntarily,” Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said Monday.
