Theft charges were dropped Monday against an Italian tourist who allegedly refused to pay a $208 tab at the swank Smith & Wollensky steakhouse.
Police said Graziano Graziussi rang up a $208 bill at Smith & Wollensky on the Upper East Side on Monday night and then refused to pay the pricey tab.
The waiters worked at Smith & Wollensky and Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, among other spots, according to Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr.
