A veteran teacher in the Bronx was arrested Wednesday on charges of stealing another teacher’s iPhone, according to police and a published report.
Christina Torres said she rushed her son to the emergency room, where she got the frightening diagnosis. “Your son is overdosing on Methadone,” Torres recalled doctors telling her.
A Soundview family has been plagued by plumbing problems for the past five years, things have gotten so bad that they are being forced to take showers outside.
