An alleged wrong-way driver accused of causing a crash that killed an off-duty NYPD police detective had a blood alcohol content above the legal limit at the time of the incident, authorities said Monday.
Funeral services were held Wednesday for an off-duty NYPD detective killed on his way to work in a wrong-way crash on the Sprain Brook Parkway.
