St. Paul’s Chapel
On September 11, 2001, evil and hatred made many people run away from the World Trade Center. Now, and for years to come, love will bring people back… to run.
Events and memorials were held around the Tri-State area Tuesday to mark the 11th anniversary of the Sept. 11th terror attacks.
When it comes to 9/11, there is a very special place for St. Paul’s Chapel, located so close to the World Trade Center site.
The Bell of Hope at St. Paul’s Chapel will be tolled at 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
During the 10th anniversary ceremony of the September 11 terror attacks Sunday, families of the innocents entered the memorial for the first time.
About two dozen ministers gathered Saturday in front of St. Paul’s Chapel in lower Manhattan. The group planned to walk to the edge of ground zero and hold a prayer service there.
What is said to be America’s first national monument is getting a much-needed facelift.
