NCAA Tournament: NJ’s St. Peter’s Looking For Huge Purdue Upset

St. Peter’s has climbed from five victories in the 2006-07 season and just six the following year to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 1995. Now the Peacocks have a chance to upset the mighty Purdue Boilermakers on Friday.

John Dunne On WFAN: St. Peter’s Brings NCAA Bid To Jersey City

John Dunne’s St. Peter’s Peacocks beat second-seeded Iona Gaels 62-57 to win the MAAC championship Monday. “These guys hung in there, they stuck it out for and for St. Peter’s and Jersey City,” Dunne told WFAN’s Joe Benigno and Evan Roberts Tuesday morning.
