Space Shuttle Enterprise Makes Final Trip To The Intrepid

The shuttle left Jersey City on a barge Wednesday and began traveling up the Hudson River. It passed by the Statue of Liberty and the World Trade Center site and is scheduled to be lifted onto the flight deck of the Intrepid shortly.

Crews Work Through The Night To Separate Space Shuttle Enterprise From 747

Crews at John F. Kennedy Airport were in the middle of a delicate operation on Sunday morning, separating the Space Shuttle Enterprise from the 747 it flew in on a few weeks ago.
