Knicks’ Kenyon Martin Sprains Left Ankle; Ruled Out Against Bulls

Kenyon Martin started in place of Tyson Chandler, who is dealing with a bulging disk. Martin, who came into the game nursing a sore left knee, suffered an ankle injury after coming down with a rebound early in the fourth quarter.
