Police: Man Wanted For Impersonating A Police Officer, Robbing Spa In Manhattan

On July 21, a man knocked on the door of Manhattan Rainbow Spa on West 45th Street, police said. The victim, a 53-year-old Asian woman, answered the door, and the man allegedly showed her a shield and told her that he was a cop.
