Get deliciously creative with Neuhaus’ new hands-on Easter workshop — for adults. The creative event invites chocolate lovers to learn the history behind Neuhaus, while dipping their world famous pralines with the Maitre Chocolatier. Guests will decorate their own chocolate Easter egg shell with decadent gianduja, a sweet chocolate and hazelnut paste, before filling with a personalized selection of pralines from Neuhaus’ full collection. Workshops are priced at $75 per person and take place on Thursday March 28 and Friday March 29 (7-9 p.m.) and Saturday,March 30 (9-11 a.m.). Neuhaus will provide all materials including aprons, beverages and their pretty packaging to bring home your holiday confections.

The parade marches north on Fifth Avenue, starting at 49th Street. Snag a section outside St. Patrick’s Cathedral for one of the best views of this promenade.
