New York Fashion Week 2012's 5 Best Public Events

New York Fashion Week kicks off this week, and though the fashion bonanza is for a more exclusive (read: "by invitation only") crowd, there are a few events open for those enamored by the glitz and glam. While you won't get to rub elbows with Diane Von Furstenberg or Donna Karen, you just might get inspired to create the next big line in fashion and land your own show. By Krissy Dolor.
