NYC's 3 Best Bars For Non-Alcoholic Cocktails

In recent years, many NYC bars and restaurants have come to the realization that not all of their customers drink booze. But for teetotalers, pregnant women, designated drivers and those who simply don't want alcohol, lemonade doesn't always cut it. Now there are a number of bars mixing up booze-free alternatives that provide flavors so refreshing, no one's missing out. By Selena Ricks.

Gramercy Tavern has a menu of nonalcoholic drinks that almost rivals its cocktail list. For an aperitif-like beverage to whet your appetite, try the N/A-Groni (San Bitters, candied grapefruit and club soda) or the Summer Tonic (basil, cucumber, lime juice and Fever Tree Tonic).

The in-house juice bar at Rouge Tomate provides all of the organic-forward restaurant's fresh juices for both its alcoholic and non-alcoholic concoctions. In addition to squeezed juices and house-made sodas, signature combinations include the Honeydew Cooler (honeydew, hyssop, lime juice and lemon-lime foam) and the Nieve de Pina (pineapple juice, coconut water, vanilla, cinnamon and pineapple soda).

Tom Colicchio's Craft brings a gourmet touch to its cocktail menu, and that goes for its list of non-alcoholic drinks as well. Hydrate in style with the Yuzu Rose Spritz (yuzu juice, rose syrup, lemon juice and club soda) or the Kumquat Fennel Smash (kumquats, fennel, orange juice, agave nectar and tonic water).
