The Las Vegas outpost of this East Village punk dive claims to have started the bacon cocktail craze. Bacon-infused vodka, Tabasco sauce, olive juice and a dash of bacon grease make for a murky, smoky concoction. Garnished with a crispy strip of bacon, this is one drink that could almost pass for breakfast.

The bold flavors of whiskey are married with the sea in the Nori Old Fashioned at chic Noho sushi restaurant BondST. Nori is infused in Suntory Whiskey from Japan, mixed with yuzu bitters and garnished with candied nori. The buttery flavors of the whiskey pair well with a plate of delicate sashimi.

A cocktail bar annexed to Donatella Arpaia's pizzaria, DBar serves a variety of fresh-ingredient cocktails, including this signature cocktail by Donatella herself. The Donatella features Grey Goose Vodka, Martini Bianco Vermouth, cucumber, basil, cherry tomato, lemon juice, simple syrup and Martini Prosecco. Garnished with a whole Campari tomato, this drink would make for a perfect starter to a night of pizza and Neopolitan dishes.
