Offered both indoors and outdoors, Circuit of Change’s Mind Body Boot Camp combines all the key elements of the ultimate workout experience. Interval training, core training, kickboxing, yoga and meditation come together in one class to burn some serious calories and readjust your mindset. Founder Brian Delmonico specializes in martial arts, yoga, meditation and holistic wellness. His encouragement, along with his fitness knowledge, will get even the calmest yogi into boot camp-approved shape.
If Kim Kardashian swears by this workout, you know it’s a serious booty shaper. Set to upbeat music, you’ll spend 30 minutes on a treadmill and 30 minutes strength training followed by a brief stretch to round out your session.
