She'll show you how to cultivate optimum health by pairing enzyme-rich raw foods with easily digestible lightly-cooked fare. Using just a few ingredients you'll learn how to create everything from spiced Kabocha coconut soup to almost raw pumpkin "cheesecake" with whipped coconut topping. This class is perfect way to transition between raw and cooked foods in either direction. Class begins at 6:30 p.m. and cost $130.

Then, stick around to hear Peter Aguero in Daddy Issues, the show based on a complete arc of stories related to the tumultuous relationship between he and his father. Shows begin at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., respectively. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for students/seniors.
