Flywheel is known for it’s epic spin classes, but they’ve added a new session that’s sans bike. Head to their Flatiron location for FlyBarre, a body sculpting class that combines dance, circuit training, strength building, yoga and pilates to create a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s perfect for those who get tired of doing the same activity over and over again.
This cardio programs uses isometric exercises to get you sweating and combines orthopedic stretches to create lean muscle. You’ll tone all those problems areas (butt, abs, thighs and arms) while improving your posture, all to the beat of high-energy music.

If you’ve dreamed of being in a performance troupe like Cirque du Soleil, Heather Hammond’s aerial silks class is for you. Take a beginner class and learn the tricks of aerial dance. Not only will you have fun, but you’ll definitely give your arms – and abs – a workout.
Warrior Fitness Boot Camp
And for those who aren’t faint of heart, work out like a marine with Warrior Fitness Boot Camp. You’ll learn military-style drills from leathernecks themselves and see first-hand what it really takes to serve our country. Oh, and you’ll get in shape, too.
