Flywheel is known for it’s epic spin classes, but they’ve added a new session that’s sans bike. Head to their Flatiron location for FlyBarre, a body sculpting class that combines dance, circuit training, strength building, yoga and pilates to create a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s perfect for those who get tired of doing the same activity over and over again.

This cardio programs uses isometric exercises to get you sweating and combines orthopedic stretches to create lean muscle. You’ll tone all those problems areas (butt, abs, thighs and arms) while improving your posture, all to the beat of high-energy music.
