Police Fatally Shoot Man Who Allegedly Killed Daughter, Pointed Gun At Cops
Police on Saturday said a uniformed NYPD officer shot and killed an 86-year-old man after he allegedly killed his daughter and refused to drop his gun. Police said they were called to the home on 38th Street in Astoria, Queens around 11:15 a.m. for a family dispute. CBS 2's Dave Carlin reports.
