Coastal Waters Still Dangerous With Rip Tides Despite Better Weather Forecast
Hurricane Arthur certainly put a damper on the Tri-State area's beach plans for the Fourth of July. But with sun and warm temperatures forecast for the rest of the weekend, the main concern turns toward dangerous rip tides as vacationers and area residents flock to the beach.
