Officer Accused Of Using Choke Hold On Staten Island Man Who Died Reassigned
The police officer who is purportedly seen on video using a choke hold to subdue a Staten Island man who then died in police custody has been stripped of his gun and shield and reassigned. The NYPD has launched an investigation into how 43-year-old Eric Garner died Thursday. CBS 2's Matt Kozar reports.
