Bloomberg To Call For More Electric Car Parking, Styrofoam Ban

In his 12th and last State of the City Address Thursday, Mayor Michael Bloomberg will call for more parking spots for electric cars, and a ban on Styrofoam. CBS 2's Dick Brennan reports.
