Update: Bicycle Rider Stealing Phones Straight From Victims' Hands
People talking on their cell phones have been falling victim to a man on a white bicycle snatching the devices as he rides past. Police say these crimes began on May 28, 2018, on Madison Avenue and 102nd Street in Manhattan and now add up to $5,000 worth of thefts after multiple incidents. CBS2's Natalie Duddridge reports.
