In this morning's Rule 5 Draft the Yankees selected two players: LHP Robert Fish from the Angels organization (22 yrs old, 5-5 with 2 saves, 6.79 ERA, 73 strikeouts in 58.1 innings between A-AA in 2010) and RHP Daniel Turpen from the Red Sox organization (24 yrs old, 7-6 with 4 saves, 4.30 ERA between AA Giants and Red Sox in 2010).
The Yankees lost two players in the Rule 5: RHP George Kontos was selected by San Diego and RHP Lance Pendleton was selected by Houston.
