Silver Alert Issued For Chinatown Resident Kong Xin Huang
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 79-year-old man last seen in Chinatown on Saturday afternoon.
Kong Xin Huang went missing from his home at 79 Chrystie Street around 3 p.m.
Authorities described him as 5'10'' and 180 pounds. Mr. Huang was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap, waist-length brown coat, light brown pants and black leather shoes.
Authorities also noted that Huang speaks only Cantonese.
