Cops Search For Suspect Who Allegedly Attacked 8-Year-Old Girl

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are asking for the public's help in finding a suspect in connection with an attempted sexual assault in Brooklyn.

The attack occurred in the lobby of the victim's building on March 8 at  around 7:40 p.m., police said.

The victim, an 8-year-old Hispanic girl, did not sustain any injuries in the attack.

Police released a description and sketch of the suspect described as a black male, 15-25 years old, 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket with light blue jeans and a black hat with a red emblem.
