B&C Morning Show: NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman With Boomer & Carton
With the NHL Playoffs getting underway tonight, Commissioner Gary Bettman is indeed a busy man. But he managed to carve some time out of his schedule to talk with Boomer & Craig this morning about the sport he commissions.
Bettman was thrilled that the guys were able to manage to fit him in to today's radio program after they talked about Jason Bay's poor health and couple massages for a good portion of the show.
The Commissioner is very excited about the upcoming playoffs and it can't hurt that the Rangers are in the thick of things. Boomer is of course also thrilled about the Blueshirts being part of the pursuit of Lord Stanley's Cup. Bettman got a kick out of Boomer's attempt to "freeze out" Alexander Ovechkin by putting his jersey on ice.
As the interview was winding down, Bettman declined Craig's invitation to join Boomer and him at the spa this afternoon, but he did mention that he might like to have Craig be his personal guest at an upcoming Rangers game at the Garden...
