Suffolk County Police Arrest Suspect In Connection With Death Of Brentwood Man
BRENTWOOD, NY (CBSNewYork) -- Police in Suffolk County have arrested a suspect in connection with the death of a Brentwood man whose body was found inside a burning home.
The fire happened Sunday morning at a home on Ailkier Street. Officials say when police and firefighters arrived, they found the home and a car parked in the driveway engulfed in flames.
After putting out the blaze, police say the found the body of 22-year-old William Hernandez inside the home.
Police have now arrested 23-year-old Ricardo Romero-Flores from Central Islip and charged him with murder in connection with Hernandez's death.
Romero-Flores is set to be arraigned Monday.
