NYPD Releases Surveillance Of Queens Armed Robbery Suspect

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are asking for the public's help in locating the man responsible for an armed robbery in Queens.

Investigators say the man approached his victim at around 1:20 p.m. at 87th street in Ozone Park when he demanded the woman's cash, jewelry, cell phone and iPod.

The woman complied, and the suspect fled from the scene with her property.

Police say the suspect had a gun in the October 16 robbery. No injuries were reported.

He's described as a black man between the ages of 22 and 28-years-old, standing around 5'6" to 5'8" and weighing 130 to 150 pounds.
