Police Looking For Man Accused Of 'Public Lewdness' On 6-Train

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is asking for help in tracking down a suspect in connection with a public lewdness incident that occurred on Thursday.

A witness captured an image of the man on her camera phone.  The is described as a black male in his 30's.

Police said the suspect exposed himself to the woman on a northbound 6 train at the Buhre Ave. subway station. The incident occurred around 10 p.m.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto Crime Stoppers' website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577.
