B&C Morning Show: Victor Cruz Ain't Afraid Of No Jet
When Al Dukes heard Victor Cruz talk about how 'teams aren't really scared' of Darrelle Revis anymore, he said to himself, "Al 'Hughes' Dukes, you have to get that guy on the show to advance this story."
(Al refers to himself as Al 'Hughes' Dukes when talking to himself.)
Thanks to Al's due diligence, Boomer & Craig were joined by Cruz just after 7:30 a.m. as his Giants prepare to play for New York supremacy this Saturday against the Jets.
Cruz is from Paterson, NJ - which led Craig to assume that he had to grow up as a Jets fan - a notion Cruz quickly put to rest. Cruz is a Giant and wouldn't have it any other way. The guys asked him about playing with Eli Manning and what role he has played in his development as an NFL wide receiver.
Cruz also clarified what he meant with his Revis comments, he talked about his bullet-ridden 25th birthday celebration, salsa dancing and the pressures of getting tickets for family & friends...
