Police Hunt For Suspects Following Deadly Hit And Runs

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police are hunting for the person who struck and killed a 23-year-old early Monday morning in Bedford Park.

The incident took place near Mosholu Parkway and Goulden Avenue at 4:24 a.m.

Police determined the man was struck while he was crossing the street. Whoever hit him sped off.

The incident follows another hit and run in Brooklyn on Christmas Day. A 38-year-old woman was killed crossing Eastern Parkway at Troy Avenue.

The woman was killed by a grey vehicle, which sped off eastbound on Eastern Parkway.
