NYPD: City Employee Arrested For Allegedly Flashing Young Girl

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police say a suspect who was wanted for flashing a young girl in Manhattan has been arrested.

Police say 41-year-old Andrew McFall was arrested Friday in front of his home in Bronx on charges of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.

Back on Dec. 20, 2011, investigators say followed an 11-year-old girl on West 120th Street, exposed himself and then fled. The girl was not injured.

The suspect was seen on surveillance video before and after the incident.
