Knicks' Jeremy Lin Moving Into Manhattan's Pricey W Hotel

NEW YORK (WFAN/AP) — Jeremy Lin is movin' on up!

In under three weeks, the Knicks sensation has gone from sleeping on Landry Fields' sofa to the 38th floor at the W New York Downtown Hotel.

The furnished two-bedroom rental apartment in lower Manhattan boasts a view overlooking the Statue of Liberty and features original art on the walls.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Lin signed the contract on Wednesday.

The apartment had a listed rent of $13,000 a month. The son of the W's developer, Joseph Moinian, said Lin got a better deal. But Matthew Moinian declined to disclose the contract price.

"It's a nice place to come home to with amazing views," Lin said in a statement, according to the Journal.

He said he's also familiar with the W Hotel in Taipei, Taiwan, where his parents grew up.

Lin had reportedly been subletting former Knicks star David Lee's apartment at the Trump Tower in White Plains.
