Police: Brooklyn Man Shot And Killed At Home In Brownsville
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - New York City police are investigating after a Brooklyn man was shot and killed at his home in Brownsville on Sunday.
Police said the victim, 23-year-old Donte Slade, was found at his home on Herzl Street with a gunshot wound to the back. He had been involved in a dispute when he was shot by an unidentified man, authorities said. The suspect fled the scene following the incident.
Slade was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival, the NYPD said.
