Man Critically Injured After Being Hit By Truck On UES
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 75-year-old man is in the hospital after being hit by a truck on the Upper East Side.
It happened around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Avenue and East 89th Street.
The man was rushed to New York Hospital where he was last listed in critical condition.
There's no word yet on whether police plan to file any charges against the truck's driver.
